How do I return an item sold and shipped by Walmart.com?
To return your item by mail, log in to your account, click on 'My Account', 'Track Orders' & then 'View Details'. Click 'Start a Return' to print a free return label.
Package the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials & accessories, then mail as directed.
You'll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item.
To return your item to a store, bring it along with the original packing materials & accessories. No receipt? No problem. We can look up your item!
